At Sherman Home Inspections, we inspect single family homes, condos, mobile homes, antiques, multi-families and small commercial properties, covering exterior roof and structure, interior attic, foundation, basement, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and much more. Comprehensive reports designed to enhance client interaction, are given on site with documented digital photos e-mailed post inspection.
Auxilary services include Radon gas analysis- passive canister or continuous electronic monitor offered, Water Quality analysis- five different levels of testing offered, water quantity testing, Massachusetts DEP Title 5 Septic inspections, and trouble shooting. Radon and water test results can be e-mailed directly to the client from the laboratory.

Guy Occhino is a licensed MA Home Inspector #157 and MA DEP Title 5 Septic Inspector #578, and certified with AARST #1465, NEHA #104739RT, and ASHI National / New England Chapters #10763. Mark Nardone is a MA DEP Title 5 Septic Inspector #3893.
Nathan Coughlin is RI State RMB #057 and RI State RMC #081 licensed and NEHA #103655RT certified.
